AI 90-Day Implementation Planner

Get a concrete 90-day roadmap customized to your readiness level, goal, and biggest obstacle. No vague advice — specific milestones and actions.

Why ninety days

Ninety days is long enough to get something into production and short enough that nobody loses interest. Most AI initiatives that quietly die do so somewhere around week six, when the novelty has worn off and the first real obstacle has appeared, and nothing has yet been shipped that anybody depends on. A plan with a visible milestone every thirty days is the simplest defence against that.

The structure the planner produces

The obstacle question drives more of the plan than the goal does. Two businesses with identical goals and different obstacles need genuinely different first months. "No time to experiment" needs a scheduling fix; "team resistance" needs a person, not a process.

Making the plan survive contact with reality

  1. Put the milestones in a calendar, with a name against each. A plan nobody owns is a document, not a plan.
  2. Book the day-30 and day-60 reviews now. The reviews are where a failing project gets stopped cheaply, which is their real value.
  3. Write down what would make you abandon it. Deciding your stopping condition while you are calm is worth more than any other line in the plan.
  4. Protect the time. Thirty minutes a week, defended, beats a full day that keeps getting moved.

If you are further along than the plan assumes

If you selected "implementing" or "scaling", the plan shifts from establishing capability to extending it — auditing what you already run, finding the bottlenecks, and integrating with your existing stack rather than adding another disconnected tool. At that stage the skills gap analysis is usually the more valuable next step, because the constraint has moved from technology to people.
